Caitlin R. Baker

Caitlin R. Baker is a licensed attorney and has been practicing law in Minnesota since 2024. She is a 2013 graduate of North Dakota State University, Fargo, North Dakota with a with a B.S. in Political Science with a concentration in marketing and a minor in Criminal Justice. She graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2023 with her J.D. and M.B.A.

Caitlin first started working for the firm as a remote law clerk in 2022 and continued through her graduation from Law School in December of 2023. Caitlin joined the firm as an associate attorney in May 2024. She grew up in Brooten, Minnesota, graduating from BBE in 2009. Caitlin was a law clerk for the Cass County Courthouse after graduating from NDSU. While in law school, she was the Research Editor for the North Dakota Law review and had a comment published. She also organized the North Dakota Energy Lawy Symposium. Caitlin is licensed to practice law in the State and is also a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association.

Caitlin currently resides on a farm in rural Sunburg, Minnesota with her husband, John and their son, Rennick. Caitlin is an active member of the Willmar Rotary and serves on the Governance Committee for West Central Industries.
