COVID19 Notice
Greetings to our Clients:
I hope this greeting finds you well and safe. The shut-down has been extended by Governor Walz. Legal services are still deemed to be "Essential Services" under the Governor's Order. Specifically end-of-life planning, essential services to elders and persons with disabilities, child supports, child-protection and domestic abuse matters, protection of personal financial resources necessary to meet basic needs, prosecution or defense in ongoing criminal matters, and proceedings held in the district or appellate courts during the effective period of this order. Our firm does all of these essential services.
Therefore, our office will remain open for these limited services, although many of our attorneys and staff will be working from home. We will allow minimal office access by our clients to conduct our essential services, by appointment only.
NEW NOW! To help us keep our clients safe we have set up a Video Conference Room set up to allow us to meet with clients who do not have video capabilities by video, in our office, and review their important documents. From this spot we will be able to witness wills and notarize from the safety of more than 6 feet away. We wipe down this area after each appointment. This will allow us to help our most vulnerable clients.
We also have video conferencing and telephone conferencing capabilities for outside contact on all other matters. We also will accept documents dropped off and to be picked up at our office. Our doors will be locked. For both appointments and dropping off documents, we will ask you to call 320-235-4313 and someone will provide access to you. Our goal is to continue to serve our clients in the safest way possible, and in full compliance with the law.

December 4, 2017
Our students went to court today…to learn! Sarah Klaassen, partner at Anderson Larson Law Firm, discussed her path into law, the different areas of practice, and then took us on a tour of the courthouse.
Lessons from today:
1. Manage client/customer expectations upfront.
2. A diverse team is a successful and sustainable one.
3. Going to the courthouse on a tour is better than going in shackles and an orange jumpsuit.
